Indication

For calming, cardiac arrhythmia, palpitations, cardiac neurosis, circulatory disorders, nervousness, irritable bowel, irritable stomach, insomnia, anxiety, menopausal symptoms

Use

Pour 1-2 teaspoons over 1 cup of unboiling water, allow to steep for 10 minutes, strain and drink in small sips, 1 - 3 cups daily.
