Harpagophytum procumbens (Burch) DC., root cut, controlled organic cultivation
Indication
Devil's claw is traditionally used for rheumatic complaints, especially arthritis and arthrosis, and to lower elevated cholesterol and uric acid levels.

Directions
Pour 300 ml boiling water over 4.5 g and leave covered for 8 hours (overnight). Spread 3 portions over the day.The duration of use should be at least six weeks."

Die Mischung macht es einfach aus. Ich habe mit Weidenrinde, Mädesüß, Teufelskralle und zusätzlich Brenbessel und Ingwer einen wirksamen Schmerztee gemacht. Da braucht man keine chemischen Schmerzmittel.
