Rhodiolae rosea, root cut, from conventional cultivation
Indication
Against depressive symptoms and stress, mental and physical fatigue, memory loss and perceptual disorders

Application

Pour 80° C hot water over 2 teaspoons of rose root and allow to steep for 15 minutes, covered. Strain and drink up to three cups a day. Cure over 6-8 weeks
 
Contraindication:
 
Not recommended in case of hypersensitivity and impaired liver or kidney function, as well as during pregnancy and lactation.
