Product information "Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L., ), fine cut, organic".
Valerian root, fine cut, from controlled organic cultivation

Indication:
for calming, for sleep disorders, supportive for high blood pressure, calming and asthmatic complaints

Application:
2 teaspoons of crushed valerian roots with 1/4l of cold water and let stand for 10-12 hours. Occasional stirring of the mixture is recommended. If necessary, this tea can be drunk 1 cup 2-3 times a day. This high dosage is harmless and guarantees optimal effect.
 
For smoking: body-orienting, strengthening

Sehr gute Qualität

Kräuter, die man als Tee zu sich nehmen kann, eignen sich in den meisten Fällen auch zur Phyto-Inhalation. Das Verdampfen von Baldrian in Verbindung mit Hopfenblüten per Vaporizer hilft mir sehr gut vor dem zu Bett gehen. Die Qualität der Kräuter ist entscheidend und diese ist aus meiner Sicht bei Herbathek bisher durchweg sehr gut.
