Indication
Stimulates the appetite, aids digestion, is antispasmodic and diaphoretic. Folk medicine also recommends mugwort as a soporific, for women's complaints and for nervous disorders.

Use
Preparation of mugwort tea: Pour 1/4 l of hot water (80°C) over 1 teaspoon of the mugwort herb and let it steep for 2-3 minutes, then strain. Drink the finished tea in small sips, preferably unsweetened. Depending on requirements, 1-3 cups of this tea can be drunk daily. Due to the strong healing effect of mugwort, a break of 3 weeks should be taken after 6 weeks at the latest if this tea is consumed regularly.

Hildegard von Bingen recommends mugwort for stomach aches, for better fat digestion and to stimulate the liver and gall bladder.

For incense: protective, cleansing, grounding.
