Shipping conditions

The goods are delivered worldwide.

In Germany we also deliver to packing stations & post offices and also via DHL Express (see below).

Shipping is carried out by DHL with the environmentally friendly “GoGreen” option and is therefore 100% climate-neutral. For the sake of the environment.

NON-EU Zone 2 (Albania, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Ukraine): 24,- EUR (basic rate up to 5kg); for each additional 5kg the shipping costs increase by 7,- Euro.

NON-EU Zone 3 (Great Britain)
22- EUR (basic rate up to 5kg) including Brexit surcharge
For each additional 5kg the shipping costs increase by 5,- Euro.

DHL shipping world

World Zone 1

For each additional 5kg the shipping costs increase by 20,- Euro.

World Zone 2 (e.g. USA, South Korea and North Korea)

World Zone 3 (Australia, Canada, Chile, Japan, Korea (North and South), New Zealand, Republic of South Africa, Singapore, Taiwan)

For each additional 5kg the shipping costs increase by 20,- Euro.

DHL Express shipping (only within Germany)

25,- EUR (basic rate up to 5kg)
For each additional 5kg the shipping costs increase by 5,- Euro.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 2 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

The invoice amount must be settled within 7 days when paying by invoice.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
