Green tea (or green tea) is undoubtedly one of the most popular types of tea in the world. And not just recently: the production of "green tea" was discovered in China as early as the 6th century BC. Technically speaking, green tea is not a single variety, but a special way of preparing it.

In contrast to the production of black tea, there is no fermentation in the production of green tea. Here, the green tea leaves are not oxidised in order to preserve the plant substances inside the leaf. Instead, the leaves are heated, steamed or even roasted.
