Picea abies L., whole needles, from controlled organic cultivation

Very fresh harvest from the end of 2020. High content of valuable essential oils.

 
Indication

antiviral, for colds, coughs, asthma and sometimes even against pneumonia, also for spring tiredness due to its high vitamin C content


Application

You can prepare an infusion with the spruce needles and drink it as a tea. Boil 1 teaspoon in 250 ml of water, steep for 5 minutes and strain. Honey can be added to sweeten the tea to improve taste and effect.
