Anti-inflammatory, especially in the mouth and throat and for gastritis

Use
Tea: pour 1-2 teaspoons over 1 cup of cold water, bring both to the boil, strain and drink in small sips (gargle or rinse). For a tincture, pour double schnapps over elm bark in a screw-top jar and leave for 2 to 6 weeks. Strain and fill into dark bottles. Take 10 - 50 drops 1 to 3 times a day.
