Betonica officinalis L. (Synonym: Stachys officinalis or Stachys betonica), herb cut, from controlled organic cultivation.

Indication
hemostatic, astringent, tonic, expectorant, for diarrhea and intestinal complaints, sore throat, mouth inflammation, gingivitis, asthma, debility, gout, rheumatism

Use
Pour 1/4l of hot water (80°C) over 1 heaped teaspoon and let it steep for at least 15min.
After straining, the tea is ready for use and can be drunk 1-3 times a day, 1 cup each.
