Very fresh harvest from 2021. High content of valuable essential oils.


Indication

antiviral, for colds, coughs, bronchitis, sinusitis, circulatory disorders, gout, rheumatism, neuralgia, nervousness


Use

As a tea infusion, pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons, cover and steep for 15 minutes, then strain. Can be sweetened with honey. 3 cups per day for 6-8 weeks.

Schmeckt im gesamten sehr waldig, gutes Aroma! Hatte schon deutlich schlechteren Kiefernadeltee.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist entsprechend super!
