Picea abies L., whole needles, from conventional cultivation

Indication

Antiviral, for colds, coughs, asthma and sometimes even against pneumonia, also for springtime fatigue due to its high vitamin C content

Application

You can prepare an infusion with the spruce needles and drink it as a tea. Boil 1 teaspoon in 250 ml of water, steep for 5 minutes and strain. Honey can be added to sweeten the tea to improve taste and effect.
