Indication

For fever and respiratory tract infections, has a diaphoretic, draining effect

How to use

Pour 200-250 ml boiling water over 2 teaspoons (ideally 80°C), leave to infuse for 10 minutes and then strain. Drink this tea very hot. As a home tea and for profilaxis during colds, 1 teaspoon is sufficient for 1/4 liter of water. In this case, drink the tea only moderately warm.
