Artemisia abrotanum L., herb cut, from controlled organic cultivation
Indication
Strengthens the digestive and urinary organs, can be used for coughs and bronchitis, relieves women's complaints and activates menstruation, can also be used for insomnia and back pain.

Application
Pour 1-2 teaspoons of the rue leaves over boiling water (optimal 80°C) and let it steep for 5-10min. 1-3 cups can be drunk daily.

Eberraute-Tee ist unser Tipp bei einer beginnenden Erkältungskrankheit. Beim ersten Kribbeln im Hals oder Ohrenschmerzen gleich eine große Tasse aufbrühen und heiß trinken. Dazu ein Gramm Vitamin C und dann geht die Erkältung doch noch an einem vorbei ohne sich niederzulassen :)
