Indication

Strengthens the digestive and urinary organs, can be used for coughs and bronchitis, relieves women's complaints and activates menstruation, can also be used for insomnia and back pain.

Application

Pour boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of rue leaves (optimal 80°C) and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. 1-3 cups can be drunk daily.
