Lippia triphylla (synonym: Aloysia citrodora, Verbena odorata, lemon bush, verbena fragrant), leaves cut, controlled organic cultivation

Indication

draining, slimming, balancing

Application

as extract: 3 tsp. vervain and 2 cups of water, boil for 15 min, strain and take in small portions. as infusion: 1-3 tsp. vervain per cup of water, steep for 5 min, strain and drink. as tincture: put herbs in a screw-top jar, pour double grain over it and put in a sunny place for 10 days to 6 weeks. Pour off and fill into dark bottles. Take 3 times a day 20 - 50 drops. Or also as a fragrance additive in black tea.
