Indikation

bei Verdauungsschwäche (regt die Magensaftproduktion an) und genereller Schwäche, bei Krämpfen, blutungsfördernd

Anwendung

Rosmarin als Tee:

Männer: 3 TL (ca 5g), Frauen 2 TL (ca 3g) geschnittene Rosmarinblätter mit einem 1/2 Liter 80° heißem Wasser übergiessen und 20min abgedeckt ziehen lassen.Abseihen und in 3-4 kleinen Tassen täglich trinken. Zur Appetitanregung vor den Mahlzeiten, ansonsten danach bzw. zwischen den Mahlzeiten. Als Kur über 6-8 Wochen.
