Application
2 tablespoons of violet flowers with 1 cup (=150 ml) of hot (=80 degrees) water. Leave to infuse for 20 minutes, covered. Strain (squeeze the flowers with a spoon). 2-3 cups per day. Take as a cure for 4-6 weeks.
