Indication

For heavy sweating (also at night), for depressive states, stress (cerebral effort) caused by overwork, for digestive weakness, diabetes mellitus, for inflammation of the mouth and throat (also tonsils), asthma 

Use

Pour 250 ml of hot water over 1-2 teaspoons of sage leaves and steep covered for 5 minutes, up to 3 cups a day.

 

For smoking: cleansing, clarifying

Bestens geeignet bei Erkältung

Nachdem wir alle ein wenig mit Husten-Schnupfen-Heiserkeit in der Familie zu tun haben, habe ich aus dem schönen Salbeiblätter-Feinschnitt leckere Salbeibonbons hergestellt. Das ging schnell und einfach und die Bonbons schmecken sehr, sehr köstlich. Das Beste: Sie wirken auch sehr gut und der Hustenreiz bleibt aus. Bei Bedarf werde ich die Salbeiblätter wieder hier kaufen. Vielen Dank für das großartige Team von Herbathek.de, das mir diese wunderschön und äußert sorgfältig und sauber verpackten Sachen schickt!
