There and in South America this medicinal plant is very popular mainly because of its very high content of omega-3 fatty acids, high-quality proteins, vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. Its effect is comparable to flaxseed (soaked in water).

SMOOTHIE WITH CHIA SEEDS
Just as easy as the Chia Bread, is the preparation of a delicious Chia Smoothie. Simply add 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds to your favorite smoothie to make it a superfood.
One of the most popular and also very simple forms of presentation for our organic chia seeds is the chia pudding. Simply put 4 tablespoons of organic chia seeds in a bowl and add 250 milliliters of liquid milk. It is recommended to experiment with different types of milk such as soy milk, oat milk, rice milk or almond milk. The whole thing must then be placed in the refrigerator for at least two hours to swell. Depending on your taste, you can also stir in various spices. In addition to cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa or natural sweeteners such as honey or maple syrup are particularly suitable. If you like it quick and easy, you can also swell our organic chia seeds in vanilla soy milk. Before consumption, the pudding can be enhanced especially by adding fresh fruit.
