Aesculus hippocastanum, fruits, broken, controlled organic cultivation

Indication

Against heart and circulatory disorders, strengthens the vascular walls, dilates the coronary vessels, against coronary pains and inflammations of the upper respiratory tract

Use

Use tea or tincture internally in moderation (rich in toxic saponins). For a tincture, pour double grain over horse chestnuts in a screw-top jar and leave in a warm place for 2 to 6 weeks. Filter and fill into dark bottles. Take 1 to 3 times 10 drops daily. For a pure bath additive, boil 500g of horse chestnuts for 10 minutes, drain and add to the bath water at 37°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
