Instructions:
Pour 250ml of hot water (80°C) over 2 teaspoons, cover and leave to infuse for 15 minutes, then strain. Drink 2 cups in the evening.

Gut für den Abend

Eine schmackhafte Teemischung für den Ausklang des Tages. Mit einem Löffel Honig sorgt der Tee für gute Stimmung und einen gesunden Schlaf.

Macht leicht süchtig

Den Tee habe ich hier zum wiederholten Mal gekauft. Schmeckt vielleicht gewöhnungsbedürftig, ziemlich intensiv nach einem der Kräuter, das ich nicht identifizieren konnte (Baldrian?), nicht so fade wie Melisse pur. Ich möchte ihn nicht missen. Auf alle Fälle lohnt sich zu probieren. Und ich schlafe gut. Der Versand, wie immer, schnell, Verpackung umweltfreundlich ohne Plastik, alles bestens. Danke!
