Each capsule contains 500 mg cod liver oil with 400 - 600 I.U. vitamin A and 40 - 60 I.U. vitamin D3.

In addition to rich vitamins A and D, cod liver oil also contains polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Directions
Swallow 2 capsules 3 times daily with liquid.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
