Satureja hortensis, Kraut gerebelt, aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau

Indikation

bei Brechreiz, Darm- und Magenkrämpfen, Leberproblemen und Durchfall, durstlindernd

Anwendung

Zubereitung des Bohnenkraut-Tees: 2 Teelöffel Bohnenkraut mit 1/4l heißem Wasser (80°C) übergießen und anschließend 10min ziehen lassen, abseihen und warm trinken. Wenn man diesen Tee als Hustensaft verwenden möchte, empfiehlt es sich diesen mit Honig zu versüßen.
