The cold-pressed oil from the seeds of the perilla plant is an excellent source of vegetable unsaturated fatty acids. The essential omega 3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic is contained in it at over 60%.
Ingredients:
Organic perilla oil (Perilla frutescens L), capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Indication

Directions
