Organic cookie spice for strong nerves, ground according to Hildegard von Bingen

Ingredients:
Clove, nutmeg, Ceylon cinnamon
100% from certified organic farming

Application:

400g spelt flour
160g butter
80g brown cane sugar
1 egg yolk
1 whole egg
50 g spice mix
1 pinch of salt

Shape the finished dough into a 5 cm thick roll, wrap in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes. Then cut the roll into approx. 1 cm thick slices and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C fan oven.
As these cookies are not a stimulant but a remedy, we recommend limiting consumption to 6 cookies a day.
