Alpinia officinarum Hance, ground root, certified organic cultivation

Ground organic galangal root is obtained from the root of the Alpinia officinarum plant and comes from certified organic cultivation. As a member of the ginger family, it has long been used both in cooking and in naturopathy.

Indication

For digestive and gastrointestinal complaints and loss of appetite.　

St. Hildegard recommended galangal for heart problems and associated dizziness, weakness and pain.

How to use

Pour boiling water over 1 level teaspoon, cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes and drink a cup before meals. Or stir the same amount into 1 glass of warm water and drink.

For incense: healing, promotes concentration, invigorating, stimulates the flow of energy, for convalescence
