Indikation

bei (nervöser) Unruhe, Einschlafschwierigkeiten und gestörtem Schlaf

Anwendung

2 gehäufte Teelöffel vom Hopfen mit 1/4l kochendem Wasser (optimal 80°C) übergießen und etwa 15min ausziehen lassen. Man kann ihn entweder 2mal täglich 1 Tasse als Beruhigungsmittel allgemein trinken oder als Schlaftrunk 1/2 Stunde vor dem Zubettgehen. In Verwendung als Schlaftrunk empfiehlt es sich bei der Teezubereitung 1 Teelöffel Baldrian hinzuzugeben.
