Hibiscus sabdariffa L.(syn: indische Rose, Karkade, afrikanische Malve, rote Malve, Rama, Roselle, Sabdariff-Eibisch), ganze Blüten, aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau

Die Hibiskusblüte symbolisiert in verschiedenen Kulturen Liebe, Schönheit und Fruchtbarkeit und wird oft in tropischen Dekorationen und als Zutat in Tees verwendet.

Indikation

Hibiskusblüten haben einen angenehm säuerlichen Geschmack. das daraus zubereitete Erfrischungsgetränk ist durstlöschend und gesund; in der afrikanischen Volksheilkunde wird diese Heilpflanze gegen hohen Blutdruck, zur Krampflösung, zur Durchspülungstherapie (diuretisch), zur Förderung der Galle und gegen Entzündungen

Anwendung

1-2 Teelöffel Hibiskusblüten mit 1/4l kochendem Wasser (optimal 80°C) übergießen, 10min ziehen lassen und anschließend abseihen. Bis zu 3 Tassen können täglich getrunken werden.
