Indication

for dietary treatment of migraine and severe headaches (for reduction of intensity and frequency) and mental states of upset

Application

Stir 1 sachet (= 3 g) into approx. 1/8 l water 1-2 times daily, wait at least 1 minute activation time, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach if possible.

If you take one sachet 2 times a day, it is recommended to use it before breakfast and before dinner.

Do not exceed the specified recommended daily intake.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
