Application

Take 1 tablespoon of herbs for 1 litre of water, 1 teaspoon of herbs for 1 cup. Then pour boiling water over them. Leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes and strain through a sieve.
You can drink as many cups as you like every day. In addition, drink 1 - 1½ litres of mineral-poor still water throughout the day.
