As soon as your payment has been received, you will receive an e-mail with your voucher. This contains an individual code that you or the recipient can enter in the shopping basket during the ordering process.

The voucher is valid for 3 years from the end of the year in which it was issued.

Please note that the voucher can only be redeemed online and only needs to be used in a single order process – it cannot be partially redeemed.

If the value of the voucher is not fully utilised when placing the order, the remaining amount cannot be paid out, credited or offset against a future order.
