Indication

Stimulates the metabolism, contains many secondary plant compounds, tolerated by the stomach

Application

1 teaspoon to 200 ml hot water (80-95°), infuse for 2-3 minutes once. Traditionally, it can be infused up to 8 times with a brewing time of 1 minute.
