Griffonia simplicifolia extract (African black bean), Rhodiola rosea root extract (rose root), modified cellulose (capsule shell).
 
From the seeds of the African black bean (Griffonia simplicifolia) our body extracts the natural precursor of serotonin.

Directions

Take 1 capsule of metacare® Griffonia+ in the morning and 1 capsule at noon, unchewed, with a little water. If there is a high demand, 1 additional capsule can be taken in the evening.
