Shipping conditions and prices

The delivery of the goods takes place worldwide, with DHL go green.

The following prices are base rates up to 10kg (Germany) or 5kg (all other countries). Orders with higher weights are subject to additional costs, which are automatically calculated by the shop depending on volume and weight. All prices are net prices.

DHL shipping Germany: 7,90 Euro per 10kg parcel (plus 7,90,- Euro per additional 10kg)

DHL shipping EU1 - Austria: 9,90 Euro per 5kg parcel (plus 2,- Euro per additional 5kg)

DHL shipping EU 2: all other EU countries: 16,50 Euro per 5kg parcel (plus 5,- Euro per additional 5kg)

DHL shipping EFTA countries (Switzerland): 13,- Euro per 5kg parcel (plus 2,- Euro per additional 5kg)

DHL shipping EFTA countries (Norway, Iceland): 25,- Euro per 5kg parcel (plus 10,- Euro per additional 5kg)

DHL shipping worldwide: 50,- Euro per 5kg parcel (plus 20,- Euro per additional 5kg)

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 2 days, for international deliveries within 3 - 5 days after order confirmation (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

For deliveries within Germany you have the following payment options:

- Advance payment by bank transfer
- Payment by credit card.
- Payment by PayPal
- Payment by PayPal Express
- Payment by instant bank transfer.

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:

- Payment in advance by bank transfer
- Payment by credit card.
- Payment by PayPal
- Payment by PayPal Express

Further details on payment

In individual cases, we reserve the right to deliver only against advance payment by bank transfer.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the goods are dispatched.
