Application:
Pour 250ml of hot water (80°C) over 2 teaspoons, leave to steep for 15 minutes with a lid on, then strain. Drink 3 cups a day over a period of 6-8 weeks.
2 Teelöffel mit 250ml heißem Wasser (80°C) übergießen, 15 Minuten abgedeckt ziehen lassen und anschließend abseihen. 3 Tassen pro Tag über einen Zeitraum von 6-8 Wochen trinken. Bei Bedarf auch nach schweren Mahlzeiten. Auch für Kinder und Babys geeignet in entsprechend angepasster Dosierung.
