Application:
For men: Pour 1 litre of hot (80°C) water over 10 tablespoons of the Bauchwohl herbal mixture. Cover and leave to infuse for 20 minutes. Strain and drink the whole litre throughout the day. Women take 6-7 tablespoons, children 3-4. Cure over 6-8 weeks.
1–2 Teelöffel mit 250 ml heißem Wasser (80°C) übergießen, abgedeckt 10–15 Minuten ziehen lassen, anschließend abseihen.
