Instructions: Pour 250ml of hot water (80°C) over 2 teaspoons, leave to steep for 15 minutes with a lid on, then strain. Drink 3 cups a day.

Kopffrei Bio-Kräuterteemischung hilft bei leichten Kopfschmerzen
Dieser Tee hilft mir hervorragend, bei angehenden Kopfschmerzen. Der Kopf wird frei und leicht und in den meisten Fällen bleibt der starke Schmerz dann aus. Danke!
