Mallow, lemon balm, bitter fennel, marigold, yarrow herb.

Instructions:
Pour 250ml of hot water (80°C) over 2 teaspoons, leave to steep for 15 minutes with a lid on, then strain. Drink 3 cups a day over a period of 6-8 weeks.
2–3 Teelöffel mit 250 ml heißem Wasser (80°C) übergießen, abgedeckt 10–15 Minuten ziehen lassen, anschließend abseihen.
Je nach Bedarf 2–4 Tassen täglich trinken, am besten schluckweise und warm genießen.
