Directions
Stir 1 level measuring spoon of OMNi-BiOTiC® Aktiv (= 2 g) into 1/8 l water 1-2 times daily, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening shortly before going to bed.
 
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
