Delivery Times
Germany: 1–2 business days
International: 3–5 business days after order confirmation or receipt of payment
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Orders containing items with different delivery times will be shipped together. The longest delivery time applies.
Accepted Payment Methods
For retailer orders, a 2% surcharge applies to payments made via PayPal, credit card, SEPA, and Klarna. No additional fees apply for advance bank transfer payments.
