Bruschetta, spice mix, coarsely ground, from certified organic farming

Bruschetta is a classic Italian starter made from toasted bread rubbed with garlic and garnished with ingredients such as olive oil, tomatoes and herbs as desired.

Ingredients from certified organic farming:

Basil, fenugreek, turmeric, thyme, oregano, tomato, sea salt (approx.2.4%)*, garlic, onion, cayenne

Application

Ideal for fresh tomatoes, bread, pesto, mushrooms

Brush the bread with olive oil and toast in the oven or on the grill at 200°C for 5-7 minutes. Mix the tomatoes with the basil, olive oil, salt, pepper and optional balsamic vinegar. Rub the toasted bread with garlic and spread the tomatoes on top
