Alchimilla alpina, herb cut, from conventional cultivation

Alpine lady's mantle is a delicate, perennial plant from the rose family that is native to alpine altitudes. Its finely pinnate, palmately divided leaves are green on the upper side and shiny silvery-white on the underside, giving it a velvety, almost shimmering appearance. From June to August, it displays small, yellowish-green flowers in loose inflorescences. Alpine lady's mantle prefers to grow on moist, nutrient-poor mountain meadows and in sparse mountain forests.

Indication

Supportive for diarrhoea and women's complaints

Application

2 teaspoons per 150ml boiling water, cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes, then strain. 3-4 cups a day are recommended.
