Indication

For mild diarrhoea, inflammation of the oral and pharyngeal mucosa

Use

Pour 1/4 litre of boiling water (ideally 80°C) over 2 heaped teaspoons of blackberry leaves and infuse for 15 minutes, strain and drink with lemon and/or sweetened with honey. If you only want to use this tea for gargling, you don't need to add sugar or honey.
