Tribulus terrestris is a herbaceous plant from the family of the Zygophyllaceae, which grows creeping or climbing. Its feathery leaves and yellow, five-part flowers are characteristic. The spiky fruits break up into several partial fruits and are often referred to as ‘earthly prickly nuts’. The plant is adapted to dry locations and occurs in tropical and subtropical regions worldwide.

Use

Add 1-2 teaspoons to 250 ml of hot water (80°C), cover and leave to stand for 5-10 minutes, 1-2 cups a day.
