Oolong tea such as ‘China Oolong White Downy, organic’ is a semi-fermented tea that impresses with its diverse flavours, which bridge the gap between green and black tea. Oolong tea is traditionally served in small cups so that the flavours can be enjoyed in calm, pleasurable sips.


Indication

Stimulates the metabolism, increases mental alertness, supports cholesterol levels

Directions

 Add 1 teaspoon to 200 ml hot water (80-95°), infuse for 2-3 minutes once.
