Ocimum basilicum, leaves rubbed, controlled organic cultivation

Indication
for stomach cramps, general stomach and intestinal problems, flatulence, constipation

Application
Preparation of basil herb tea (folk name: basil): 1-2 heaped teaspoons of basil herb with 1/4l hot water (80°C) pour over, 10-15min infuse, then strain and drink 1 cup unsweetened if necessary. If you want to treat stomach and intestines (especially chronic flatulence) with it for a short time, you should drink 2 cups daily for 8 days. Then take a break for 14 days and then drink the basil tea again for 8 days.
