Ocimum basilicum, leaves rubbed, from certified organic farming

Indication

For stomach cramps, general stomach and intestinal problems, flatulence, constipation

How to use

Preparation of basil herb tea (common name: basil): Pour 1/4 liter of hot water (80°C) over 1-2 heaped teaspoons of basil herb, leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes, then strain and drink 1 cup unsweetened if required. If you want to treat your stomach and intestines (especially chronic flatulence) with it for a short time, drink 2 cups a day for 8 days. Then take a 14-day break and drink the basil tea for a further 8 days.
