Iron fumerate (double): 50mg

Copper: 10 mg

Seaweed: 100 mg S

Seaweed: 100 mg

Ceylon moss: 50 mg
Application
Iron needs to be twofold for optimal absorption and bioavailability.

Recommended daily intake:

As a food supplement for adults, take 1-2 tablets daily, unchewed, with some liquid, preferably after a meal with plenty of liquid, or as recommended by your practitioner.

Advice:

Do not take iron on an empty stomach as it is often poorly tolerated. Men should not take iron, if iron anaemia is present in men, a thorough medical examination is recommended.
 
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated.
 
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
 
Store the products out of the reach of small children.
