Ingredients:
Wheat germ oil (45.5%); royal jelly (23.3%) lyophilised (without natural water content; 3:1), gelatine*, partially hydrogenated soya oil (2.1%), D-alpha-tocopherol (1.3%), glycerine*, water*.
*= Components of the capsule shell.

2 capsules contain 18.8 mg vitamin E (covers 157% of the reference value for daily intake according to EU 1169 / 2011.) and 333.2 mg freeze-dried royal jelly (equivalent to 1000 mg fresh royal jelly).

Directions
1 capsule 2 x daily.
