Dried, powdered juice from young green barley grasses; naturally contains minerals, secondary plant substances (e.g. enzymes, carotenoids), chlorophyll and vitamins.

Particularly gentle processing at a maximum of 36° C. Within 3 hours after harvesting, the grass is processed into the finished barley grass juice powder, which - for better digestibility - no longer contains cellulose.

Maltodextrin is not a conventional sugar, but a long-chain carbohydrate that protects the delicate nutrients. Brown rice helps granulate the powder and naturally contributes vitamin B.
 
The recipe and drying process are the result of Dr Hagiwara's research. They protect and preserve the active ingredients and give the product its shelf life.
